BEAT TV is the classroom that houses "refresher" Training Videos that reinforce the facilitated BEAT modules . These modules cover the basics of how to successfully develop long-term Broker Relationships. They are designed to be completed in the order of a typical broker relationship cycle beginning with Prospecting and ending with Contracting along with Procuring Cases.
The Advanced Training Modules classroom offers Masters in Broker Relationships candidates the ability to elevate their Skillsets and Knowledge Levels! Topic Areas include: Understanding P&C Agencies, Leveraging Financial Brokers, and Enrollment Platforms.
Educating staff members is a key ingredient to developing mutually beneficial relationships with brokers. ACE provides the tools to help Broker Reps coach and educate the agency's staff on all aspects of Voluntary Benefits.
